#makeitmondays takes on breakfast

We're always on the go -- from work to laundry to the kitchen, it seems as though there's barely enough time to fit in a run here, some yoga there or some quality time with each other. 

 

That's why we love easy breakfast options like this one (it keeps us full for hours and is super simple to pull together in-between putting away groceries, packing lunches and finding your keys): 

 

QUICK CHIA SEED PUDDING

(ft. hemp seeds, berries, granola and our most favourite raspberry <3s bay + lime)

 

 

It took us about 10 minutes to whip this bad boy up (plus an overnight stay in our greens-packed refrigerator). Here's how: 

 

Add 4 tablespoons of chia seeds to 1 cup of milk and a tablespoon of maple syrup, agave syrup or honey (we're partial to our jar of organic maple syrup from Cosman & Webb!) to an air tight container and leave it in the fridge overnight. 

 

In the morning, grab your chia seed pudding, scoop it out into a bowl and add all of your favourite toppings. Really, anything goes -- just don't forget the jam! 

 

PCJ insider's tip: throw the chia seed pudding into your Magic Bullet (or small blender of choice). We like the creaminess that a quick spin around a few blades brings to our pudding!
